We are 3 weeks past the KT and Friends retreat with Lynne Hagemeier (Kansas Troubles), Barb & Mary (Me & My Sister) and Jenny Doan (Missouri Star Quilt Company). Over 90 quilters gathered for the retreat held at Hotel Hamilton in Hamilton Missouri.
Creative projects, delicious food and lots of friendship fun and laughter!!

Hamilton's First Snow
The first snow of the season flew yesterday and Hamilton Missouri residents awoke to a thin layer of the cold white stuff on the ground.
Although unusual to have snow in October, not unusual is for that sun to rise and melt it all off before noon. And that is pretty close to how it went down. Now again, day 2 and snow flurries are flying outside and the kids still haven't donned their Halloween Costumes. Pull out the snow suits and bundle up the kiddos because we are expected to receive a few more inches tonight!
